White Flour Tortillas
Our white flour tortillas are our most popular and the most traditional style of flour tortilla in North of Mexico. They are the perfect shape for making tacos with the right balance of flakiness and softness. Try them with everything!
We only use flour that is unbleached, non-deodorized, and free from any chemicals or preservatives. We have chosen to use organic coconut oil as it is high heat stable and a healthier alternative than other oils. The sea salt is non iodized, and the baking powder is made without aluminum. All of our ingredients have been sourced from food suppliers that are Non GMO.
Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
Although whole wheat tortillas are not traditional to Mexico, these still taste delicious - although slightly nutty and slightly denser. They also make perfect tacos that are flaky and soft. Try them with homemade jam, nut butter, and fruit for a sweet treat taco!
We use 100% whole wheat flour and white flour that is unbleached and non-deodorized. Both flours are free from any chemicals, additives, or preservatives. The rest of the ingredients are the same as our white flour tortilla.
